Hand to Shoulder Center of Wisconsin and Woodland Surgery Center offers patients access to portions of their personal health records and payments through an easy and secure Patient Portal via the Internet or using Healow APP on a phone.

- To become WEB ENABLED to access the portal, call our office at 920-730-8833.
- Once Web Enabled, Click “using mobile phone” to avoid creating a username/password. Use Name & DOB with Mobile verification.
