Blake W. Hildahl, M.D., ATC

Bio

Blake Hildahl, MD is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery with a subspecialty focus of the Upper Extremity and Hand Examination. He specializes in trauma from the shoulder to fingertip with a special interest in sports injuries, arthritis treatment and nerve surgery. He treats patients of all ages.

Dr. Hildahl earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training at the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and worked with ESPN Wide World of Sports taking care of professional, national and international athletes in Orlando, Florida. He attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Following his residency at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, he completed the Hand and Upper Extremity fellowship program at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. He is a native of Wisconsin, and most recently practiced in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota.

While in the Twin Cities, he received the prestigious Top Doctor Twin Cities  – rising star in the twin cities which goes to the top 2.5% of doctors.

Dr. Hildahl lives in the Fox Valley with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys being outside with his family, cross country skiing, Wisconsin sports and being at a lake.
