
Bio
Ryan Lubbe, M.D. joined the orthopedic team at Hand to Shoulder Center of Wisconsin in September 2024. He is board eligible by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery with a specialty in hand and upper extremity surgery. Dr. Lubbe provides comprehensive care for injuries and conditions from the shoulder to fingertip. He has special interest in trauma of the hand and upper extremity, arthritic conditions of the upper extremity including shoulder and elbow replacement, as well as arthroscopic procedures involving the shoulder to wrist. Dr. Lubbe treats patients of all ages. He is committed to empowering patients through well-informed choices. Likewise, he prioritizes compassion and uses cutting edge techniques to unlock the greatest potential for patients. Dr. Lubbe earned his Bachelor of Science degree, Summa Cum Laude from Ohio University. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. From there he completed his five-year orthopedic surgery residency at Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Then, Dr. Lubbe proceeded to advance his education and completed a hand, upper extremity, and microsurgery fellowship at Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Lubbe enjoys the outdoors. He has a passion for endurance running, having completed two IRONMAN 70.3 races as well as several full marathons. He is also an avid slalom water skier. He enjoys spending time with his family including his wife and daughters.Surgical Privileges
