Public Service Announcement:
Hand to Shoulder Center of Wisconsin has experienced outgoing phone issues the past few weeks.
Outgoing calls are connected, however upon connection there is no sound. So we abort the call. Often times, patients receive multiple calls from our office to in order to connect.
We worked closely with TDS and it was determined the issues occur with US Cellular and AT&T customers. It was recommended that if this occurs, customers contact customer service to report the issue with TDS.
